Emily Rose

Emily Rose is a speaker, writer, and movement witch who centers sensuality as a guiding force in life, love, and business. As the owner of Thrive Embodied Arts, a sensual movement and pole dance studio turned Coven in Newton NJ, and founder of The Embodied Way™, a methodology and philosophy for leaders that centers somatic connection and pleasure, she has devoted her work to helping others come home to their bodies while building lives and businesses that feel as good as they look.

Since founding her studio in 2020, Emily has created a multidimensional ecosystem of offerings—from pole and movement classes to certifications, workshops, and immersive experiences—that bridge artistry, sensuality, and sustainable business. Her work is rooted not only in creative vision, but in the lived experience of running, growing, and evolving a brick-and-mortar space while simultaneously expanding into digital programs, thought leadership, and community-based education.

She has guided hundreds of students, space holders, and entrepreneurs through the process of reclaiming their bodies, their voice, and their visibility—while also navigating the very real demands of leadership, growth, and profitability. This is the intersection she stands in: where embodiment meets execution, where sensuality meets strategy, and where creative expression becomes a viable, thriving business.

Crimson Minx

Most business mentors have the education or the experience. Few have both, and fewer still have actually done the thing they teach.

Crimson holds formal degrees in Advertising & PR, Marketing, and Visual Art. She spent 15 years in branding and art direction in NYC and LA, working with a vast array of corporate clients before turning that expertise toward her own vision.

She founded, operated, pivoted, and sold a niche brick-and-mortar business—Minx + Muse—in Austin, Texas from 2017 through 2024. During this time she created a trademarked movement modality called Esoeroticism and then built an entire world around it: a uniquely identifiable brand, one-of-a-kind ownable offerings, a virtual membership community, and a certification program. Esoeroticism is the only movement modality in the world that alchemizes erotic expression with esoteric ritual and she has become a thought leader with her unique perspective of integrating movement with magick.

She has lived every stage of the arc that creative practitioners move through. This is the uncommon expertise she brings to her mentorship work.

Crimson now lives on a private 7.5 acre property in coastal North Carolina where she continues to build the Esoerotic world both virtually and in person, including retreats and local experiences held on her owned land.
